urgent: suggestions for venue for Stallman?

I haven't found a venue yet for Stallman's April 1st talk.

There is not much time left to promote the event, so I would like to arrange
the venue now and be able announce the event at midday.

I've sent a request to Centre Culturel d'Uccle (www.ccu.be) but they are not
open until 11h30.

Can anyone suggest other options?
