I have asked Richard to talk about GPLv3. I expect, and hope, that draft 3
will be out by then, so this will be an important time to talk about that
topic. There haven't been any big public GPLv3 talks since November 2006,
and if he gives a GPLv3 talk, I can make a transcript and help further raise

Usually his GPLv3 talk takes only 45 minutes, but I will ask him to also
give an introduction to free software, which will hopefully bring the talk
up to 65 or 75 minutes, plus questions and answers.

This should be of interest to the free software community, computing
students, and legal students among others.

RMS will be the only main speaker, but I would like to say a few words about
the fsfe-bnl@ list and the current state of software patents, IPRED2, etc.
I would only speak for 5 minutes.

Good idea, those organisations are fine.

I think we need 2 hours, but the exact time is flexible. Is 16h-20h a good
time? Richard arrives in Brussels city centre at 15h. So 17h is probably
the earliest we should start (to give him some time to relax).

I will be there, and if you can find others, that would be good.
