[Free-RTC] Usage of the present mailing list for the Click To Dial project

This was my thought as well. I think we will start discussing
requirements on this mailing list and go to somewhere else if we find we
write too much. Aside from discussion of requirements, most of our
discussion will happen elsewhere.
