[Free-RTC] FOSDEM dev-room guaranteed seats / call for volunteers

If you can help with the RTC dev-room or lounge at FOSDEM, please come
to the dev-room between 09:30 and 10:30 tomorrow.

The first talk is at 10:30

Various tasks require assistance:

- operating the video camera

- bouncers (there are two doors)

- helping introduce speakers

- talking to visitors in the RTC lounge

FOSDEM would also welcome volunteers, if you would like to help the
