[Free-RTC] Free-RTC in the FOSDEM Fringe?

Hi Daniel,

My group and I would be interested in a general RTC summit. Half a day (or
rather, a late morning start, run until whenever) would suit my group
ideally as we'll be travelling in from the UK that morning.
