FOSDEM are proposing to publish a calendar of events around FOSDEM as the FOSDEM Fringe. Some groups (e.g. XMPP) have traditionally had a summit or other event in the days before FOSDEM. Would there be any interest in a general summit on RTC on the day before FOSDEM, maybe the whole day or just half a day?
