Fellowship elections participation

Hi Paul,

In 2015, the contribution of the Fellowship was about 40% of our finances.
Sponsorship is difficult to say something about: the figure on the web pages
is right, but it also includes sponsorship for specific activities.
Still, the Fellowship does represent a significant part of our funding and
is more important than corporate sponsorship.

I absolutely think you're right about that, and there are also many people
who contribute in a volunteer capacity to the FSFE but who aren't financially
supporting the organisation. So contributing financially is only one of the
ways in which people support the FSFE, and it's not certain those who do
so seek representation in the General Assembly.
