An editable survey for the upcoming FSFE summit

Hi everyone,

just wanted to highlight this email from Erik about the survey for our
upcoming summit in September. As Erik is on vacation, he can't remind
you himself, but let's give him a great welcome back present by all
filling in our interests in the survey! :-)
