It could be a simple open letter, sent in physical and postal form to
the Turkish government, and published on fsfe.org.
Are you happy to start drafting it? Please use pad.fsfe.org so that
others can participate. You can reuse arguments from the FSFE
education team pages. I recommend keeping the text simple.
