Oh! I suggest putting "Join as guest" on the top bar or a link to
that from the "Join" page instead of just the money request form.

Someone must have helped me with this before because I tried and got
"This email already belongs to somebody else" so now I have to email
someone instead because I don't have it on file and can't guess it.
Oh well!
