Bristol Wireless Community Co-operative sells recycled computers
from 30 pounds in partnership with Byteback Computer Recycling.  See

Curiously, BW are a bit stricter than our co-op on supporting only
free software and the computers come with debian GNU/Linux, but they
still advertise it as Linux sometimes, like on that page.
