Another thing is, of course, that the bazaar model is not *always*
better. It did give the tremendous success of the early Linux kernel and
many more free software projects since, but for some things there's
still a lot to be said for having a team of programmers sitting in the
same building (e.g., like the Emacs project and a lot of proprietary
software).
