Windows Refund

I have got the same problem with my new asus eeepc 901, I first
contacted Asus if I could buy a 900A of 901 without Windows, but I did
not receive any response, so instead of buying a eeepc 901 with Windows
2 km from my home, i decided to import a 901 Linux version from Hong
Kong like I did with my first eeepc 701.

So for in the futher when i buy a new eeepc.. I would like to know to if
I can buy a MS system and get a refund...
