No-one understands the GFDL.

Not even the FSF understands the GFDL.

If you doubt this sweeping statement, try emailing licensing at fsf.org
with any query about the GFDL. Any query at all.

You will get back, about three months later, "we suggest you read the
text and ask your attorney."
