Let's assess the risks first:

This is a non-issue for Wikipedia because each contributor owns their
contributions - not the Wikimedia Foundation. There can be no hostile
change of licence there.
Is there a project that will be eligible for this clause and for which the
copyright isn't held by the contributors?
