I doubt it exists.  If it does, please post it to this list and I'll
add it to my links at http://people.debian.org/~mjr/surveys.html

I'd start by asking the more talkative adopters if they know of such a
survey, then asking them for the data directly if not, probably in
the order Bristol, Extremadura, Munich.
