Well, on this we clearly disagree :-)

On the validity of the patents you mean? I'm sure this will come, but
I'm not sure anyone has actually had time to fully go through them yet.
Granted, there were only five or so European patents that can be
challenged, but I don't doubt that this will come once everything
starts to settle down and people start working again after christmas :-)
