Key info from the EU release:-
"All stakeholders are invited to take position on the elements listed
in the Annex to the Communication by 29/02/2008."

Anyone want to compare notes before sending?

The defectivebydesign call seems fine to me - the statement was daft
on all sorts of levels.  Is there any drawback to signing it?
When's it to be sent?
