I don't think this is a big problem in Denmark, where the only overhead is
the actual costs - music playing in the background, backgrouns ads etc.
are all "reasonable occurrences" here; nor in many other countries?

Is it in Belgium? Then Belgian copyright law needs to be mended (or the
law that allows businesses to put up billboards anywhere needs to be
mended :-)).
