"On 1 March 2007 the Commission, by means of a Statement of
Objections, warned Microsoft of further penalties (of up to €3
milion per day) over its unreasonable pricing of the
interoperability information (IP/07/269). Microsoft replied to
the Statement of Objections on 23 April 2007. The Commission is
currently assessing the reasonableness of Microsoft remuneration
        schemes for the interoperability information."

IP/07/289 is worded very hopefully, but I wouldn't expect the useful
docs to be usable.

Cheers,

Alex.
