That's right. Until he actually goes over to the US with a stick to beat
the developers over the head, mjr has no right to even _mention_ a bug
that he found, logged in the bugtracker and developed a fix for.

Back on topic: "opaque" PDFs are relatively common in many systems - for
example, many of the Groklaw court documents are effectively scans in
PDF format. I don't think it's a PDF issue per se, other than the fact
that we know the format is capable of better.
