Transcript of RMS on GPLv3 in Brazil

At the second international GPLv3 conference in Brazil, I recorded Richard's
presentation with my digital camera and have made a transcript:

I won't be putting my (bad) recordings online but the conference organisers
will put the proper video online some time (hopefully soon).

The links to the Q&A session are broken right now but they'll be fixed when
the website does another build in 100 minutes time.

At a recent GPLv3 talk I gave, an audience member said he hadn't even heard
that the comment process was open to the public, so we've still got work to
do spreading this information around.  Hope this transcript helps.
