The French Constitutional Court just released its
decision about the DADVSI . Its objective is to
protect Digital Rights Management in the same fashion
as the US based Digital Millenium Copyright Act.

The Law was severely criticized for being extremely
hard, but the decision of the Court is pushing it even further.
