The situation is somewhat different, as the GPLv3 process does not
make the claim to be democratic, although it does aim at being as
inclusive as possible. Also, while the rules for the Vienna process
were never made transparent even throughout the process, the rules for
GPLv3 were made transparent before the process even started.

That said: I have read your comments on the process very carefully and
do understand your unhappiness about the setup and communication.
