Hello:

Regarding this bit on lobbying to outlaw FS:

I'd like a pointer to a page describing clearly what's going on
in terms of what the lobby's rationale and concerns are
(ostensibly).  Also, exactly what they are saying -- that free
software cannot require code be published?  In what cases?
