In the Q&A after one of his talks.  I heard it in a recording I found on
line.  I don't remember which one though.

I think it was one recorded some time in the last year, but it wasn't the
June 1st swpat conference, and it wasn't the copyright talk he gave in
Taiwan.

'fraid I don't recall any more detail than that.  He just gave a one
sentence answer to a question.

If I remember or come across it I'll let you know.
