EGOVOS3 in Paris

Hi Folks,

I don't know if this information is redundant, but what about
FSF-participation at the EGOVOS3-conference in Paris?

It seems quite important to me, as the USA did reintegrate UNESCO this
month: http://usinfo.state.gov/topical/pol/usandun/03092200.htm

Shouldn't we be worried about the event?
