Minor E-Mail problems

After GNU.ORG moved to mailman 2.1, the FSF Europe lists also moved
now, some of the problems may have been caused by that.

Also the razor database (used by SpamAssassin) apparently had some
problems that propagated into the mail system that way.

We apologize for the inconvenience, things should work fine again
now.
