I just wanted to call attention to this message in patents.aful.org 
saying that the Industry, Research, Trade and Energy committee of 
the European Parliament is voting tomorrow (20/2/2003) and it is 
the committee most likely to listen to researchers, free lancers and 
businesses (if they send a brief fax today).
