I better know the French-speaking part of Switzerland. At least, you
have the GULL (http://www.linux-gull.ch) and activist at the EPFL
(Lausanne's Federal Polytechnic School) : http://gnugeneration.epfl.ch/
(who made http://gnuwin.epfl.ch/ )

I know at least one hacktivist who lives in Switzerland which reads this
mailing-list. I suppose she will answer more deeply to this question.
