Article Dalloz 2003

In july, there was this article of Spindler, but this Slashdot-post
mentions another one that I've never seen.

...The other has been published in the most precious french law review,
Dalloz 2003, p. 1556. Both discuss mainly critical aspects of European
copyright and contract law.... 


Is this article online? Was it better then Spindler? Different
conclusions?
