I believe that this is not the case in the UK.  Technically, reproduction
without permission is an infringement of copyright.  I believe the US has
the same position, but I am not sure of the situation in other countries
and, naturally, I am not a lawyer.  I would be very cautious about
publishing their emails without their permission.  It would probably be more
useful to summarise as fairly as you can with some selected quotation.  If
nothing else, you will save your supporters some time by shortening it.
