translation:

After seeing a headline on Slashdot that an Indian state had decided
to switch to Linux[sic], I wondered if there is a site that has a
listing of all of the organizations--e.g. states and
administrations--which use Linux[sic].  Perhaps, there are also some
case studies?  If not, what do you think about adding something along
these lines to fsfeurope.org?
