-------------

IN ENGLISH

It appears that I have created a certain confusion by beginning my
message with a quote of my own draft (which is a non official document
by definition).

This project is not an initiative of the FSF.

It is a mistake to think the project as more official than it really
is. This project is my initiative, I only have the personal support of
Richard Stallman to make it go forward. I am the only person to endorse
the contents of the Clause as of now.

In conclusion:

This project is not an initiative of the FSF, however my ultimate goal
is to see the final document supported by the FSF. This is also open
for debate with the rest of the Free Software Clause contents. What do
you think?

My mistake is to have quoted my own draft. I thought that my little
note (star) helped to clarify things, but the opposite has happened. I
am sorry. Hoping that the credibility of my idea is left unattained, I
encourage you once more to debate the contents of the actual Free
Software Clause on this mailing list.

I will now launch my idea on other lists (I was suggested
fsfe-france at gnu.org) therefore you can consider yourselves as the lucky
few who participated in the test launch. ;-)
