The section added (2.d) is still limited by what is and what isn't the
Program and if the modules are derivated work.

IANAL, but I doubt that OAGPL is valid. It isn't even coherent, that same
section goes against "The act of running the Program is not restricted,
and the output from the Program is covered only if its contents
constitute a work based on the Program (independent of having been made
by running the Program). Whether that is true depends on what the Program
does."
