Explain?

Are you refering to their reliance on proprietary software, which I could 
cease support of at any time?  I have no intention of signing away IPR, and 
if the company fails, I would of course open source the program..

hmm, i started making a few other points, but I don't want this to be like 
the bitkeeper thread ;)
