TCPA (DRM) & GNU General Public License

	TCPA is really an issue for Free Software and TCPA can easily
remove the 4 freedoms of Free Software. This is an important matter and
DRM will affect all computer science research and also general freedom.

	What is the official position of the FSF Europe (and FSF) about
that ? The position could be clear because there is no legal framework
for the DRM at the moment  (and hopefully) so we can stop that now...

	Is there any statement from the FSF about that issue ?
