Literally: "With leaves Mr Freiherr, you are an arsehole!"

But attempting to accomodate cultural differences, "With all due respect, Mr 
Freiherr, you're a wanker."

Might not be perfect, but not bad I think for someone who only just passed 
Standard Grade (O level / GSCE -ish) German.
