I noticed this site by reading a news posting on www.heise.de (Achtung! 
German!).

 From what I can see they try to make license selection a bit easier.

But they use (AFAIK) new licenses that I have never read before.

It is backen by Lawrence Lessig.

I am wondering:

- is this trying to compete with the GNU/GPL?
- is this good for the Free Software movement? I guess not, but that's MHO.
