That's not the problem, that's the right thing, it has effect only in
fields where researching is really difficult and need incentives to
speed up progress. And a field where perfect solutions (as in software)
does not exist so that different method to achieve the same effect can
always be found and a beneficial competition can help into keeping the
market healthy
