EUCD in Portugal

Just to tell you that the law project that implements the EUCD has been
published in Portugal. One of the nice things I found was that there is
(explicitly) no protection for software TPMs. Most of the problems of
the EUCD have been tackled in one form or another and the only one that
remains are access control. We'll see how this unfolds.
