I'd be very interested in reports on how far other EU (and EEA) nations
have proceeded in implementing the EUCD in their national laws.

As to the talks on Monday, it's expected that they'll be available over
the web in things like MP3 and RealAudio (ironically :) ) formats after a 
few days.
