... which unfortunately is outdated in as much as it mirrors the status
quo of May 2001 :-/ but I promise I will add the recent alarming
developments some time really, really soon.  And all and any feedback is
welcome, there might be mistakes or things that are not clear enough...
I wrote this just as summary of a talk I held at the Linuxdays in St.
Poelten....
