   you where they submitted it themselves.


For Mark knowledge: 

The submit to www.barrapunto.org (the spanish slashdot) was made by
GNU Spain. Also, the article is published in es.gnu.org. 

Anyway, GNU Spain is part of the GNU Project, no FSF Europe.
