de.comp.gnu newsgroup: deletion RfD

It is a request for discussion about reorganisation of German newsgroups
for software applications. Optionally the proponent proposes the
deletion of de.comp.gnu.  It looks like people discussing this on
de.admin.news.groups are largely not in favour of deleting
de.comp.gnu, though.


This raises the question of where an how
the FSFE and the GNU project can be represented and discussed 
in the German speaking newsgroups.

And of course in newgroups in other european languages in general. 

News (nntp) seems to be a very sofisticated tool which we should
use more to have good discussions.
