Thanks Wim and Mark (and Bernhard Herzog) who all mailed me corrections.
I am ashamed for being so sloppy.
Tried to get this announcement out of the door.

(These days I attempt to reorganise parts of my working procedures.)

Attached another copy.

New Mailinglist for Free Software Topics:

The Free Software Foundation Europe is starting a new international mailing
list in German. Everything related to Free Software is on-topic.
The list is open for everybody.

Some issues are of local interest only
due to language and geographic limitations.
De.comp.gnu is the only newsgroup known to cover Free Software
in general. German-speaking members of FSFE and FFS
(Verein zur Förderung Freier Software, Austria)
are writing on the list.
Another reason is that not everybody is confident enough in the
English language to participate in the international forums effectively.
