mich interessiert die entwicklung einer rasch zugänglichen unterscheidung von #OPEN und #FREE in anlehnung an 5star open von tim berners-lee, welche aber über "daten" hinausgeht und "information" und "wissen" integriert.

Auf GitHub zu verweisen finde ich auch eher fragwürdig.
Ich bin mir auch nicht sicher inwieweit die angesprochenen Stellen auskunftspflichtig sind. Ich denke eher das ist nicht der Fall.
