forgive me the lateness of my reply -- we've all been on vacation, as you might have guessed, and your email did not reach my attention before now.
I hope that not everybody is taking vacation at this time. Regarding this theme, the FSFE is interested in participating generally with our expertise in project proposals related to Free Software, although we would have to know a bit more about the project idea, and ideally see a project plan to know where the expertise of the FSFE might fit into it, and how we can make this a success.
