I am aware of how to use REUSE.toml to bulk-license files. This is a nice tool for complex situations. But the problem is that REUSE.toml is not clear to all users of a repo. What does it mean. What does it do?
In simpler situations it iMHO is easier and more clear to do it the same way as you do with binary files. Use a *.license file with the name of the folder. I have a folder "images". On the same level I just add a file "images.license". Would be glad if reuse linter would accept that.
