FYI: Osama Khalid is also the Arabian translator for gnu.org, and apparently very thorough, so I assume the pages are good. I take it we don't have any Arabian proofreaders in FSFE in any case.
No we do not have arabic translators yet. Although it would be very cool if he wants to help: See http://www.fsfe.org/contribute/translators/translators.en.html. If there are any questions with starting new translations just write an e-mail to translators@fsfeurope.org.
